What Are the Adrenalin Edition AMD Video Card Drivers?
The latest AMD drivers are compatible with most AMD-based video cards for
Windows. This is the final WHQL version of these drivers and replaces all previously available drivers. You should install v20.20 if you have a supported AMD GPU with any previous driver release, including beta versions.

Here's a list of some of the fixes, improvements, and other changes in version 20.20:

AMD Radeon v20.20 Known Issues
There are still a few known issues with the latest drivers:
Radeon RX Vega Series and Radeon VII GPUs suffer performance drops when the performance metrics overlay is open during gameplay.
Some games hang when Instant Replay is enabled on Radeon RX 5000 series system configurations.
The screen occasionally goes black when Enhanced Sync is turned on. Disable Enhanced Sync to prevent this from happening.
Watching videos in the Microsoft Edge browser with a multi-screen configuration can cause a PC to crash.
Radeon RX 5700 series GPUs report inaccurate idle clock speeds in the performance metrics overlay.
Occasional lag when gaming with Radeon RX 5000 series GPUs.
Radeon RX Vega series GPUs can crash when you switch between open windows with Alt+Tab.
Changing the HDMI Scaling option can lock the FPS to 30.
Enabling HDR may cause corruption.

Windows 10 and Windows 7 are the only supported operating systems for the v20.20 drivers. Supported mobile AMD GPUs for v20.20 include Mobility Radeon HD (8500M and 7700M) and AMD Radeon R9/R7/R5, RX 5500M, and M200/M300 series GPUs.
Supported desktop and all-in-one AMD GPUs for v20.20 include RX Vega series, RX 5700 series, RX 5600 XT, RX 5500 series, RX 500 series, RX 400 series, Radeon Pro Duo, Radeon R9 (Fury, Nano, 200, 300), R7 (300, 200), R5 (300, 200) and Radeon HD 7700 and 8500 series GPUs. A-Series AMD Radeon R7, R6, R5, R4, R3, and R2 APUs are also supported.
Some laptops and tablets with integrated AMD graphics (especially those manufactured by Toshiba, Sony, and Panasonic) may not be supported by any driver from AMD, even if there's an AMD logo on the device. If you have trouble installing these drivers from AMD, use the video drivers provided by your computer manufacturer instead.
